The holidays are just around the corner! And November marks the start of holiday shopping and festive events and festivals around the mountains. This month you can cross off everything on your Christmas list by heading to a local Christmas market, or kick off the season with a tree lighting at the end of the month. And as always there’s more music and art events around town to enjoy, as well as a few more fall festivals before we jump into the holiday season.

It’s spooky season in the mountains!! And there’s so many ‘spooktacular’ Halloween and Haunted events happening in the North Georgia area over the next few days. From trick or treating, haunting shows, Halloween parties and more, there’s no shortage of fa’boo’lous fun to be had!

October is finally here and that means festival season is now in full swing! This month not only can you look forward to cool mountain weather and the beautiful changing of the trees; but you’ll find all kinds of exciting events & festivals happening around Blue Ridge and the surrounding areas. Goodbye summer, hello fall! End your summer with Labor Day fun at the Hiawassee Pro Rodeo, the Mountain Heritage Festival, and the Blue Ridge Labor Day Barbecue. Then dive into festival season with the Blue Ridge Mountains Wine & Jazz Festival, the Blue Ridge Blues & BBQ Festival, Crush Festival, and the American Made Music Festival. Summer may be coming to a close but that doesn’t mean we have any shortage of summer fun in store for you! August will end summer on a high note!

Summer fun is in full swing in the North Georgia Mountains and boy do we have quite the lineup of events for you! July kicks off with 4th of July events like firework shows and parades, then later in the month we’ll have the Butternut Creek Art Festival, and to end the month we have the Mountain Music & Moonshine Festival. If you’re ready for a summer like no other, then head on over to Blue Ridge and experience all these exciting mountain events.

You know what they say; April showers bring May flowers! And what a beautiful & floral filled spring it will be in the mountains! Catch the rhododendrons in bloom at the Rhododendron Festival in the Hamilton Gardens, enjoy live music at one of our local wineries or breweries, get your blood pumping at Run for the Rhodos 5K or the Blue Ridge Adventure Race, and finish your spring Memorial Day weekend at Spring Arts in the Park and the Hiawassee Pro Rodeo!

There’s nothing quite like spring in the mountains! And there’s so much in store for you this spring in Blue Ridge! From flower festivals & garden tours, to spring markets, the Blue Trout & Outdoor Adventures Festival, and live music across North Georgia.

Spring is here at last! You may start seeing flowers poke up from the soil and can enjoy some beautiful spring afternoons. This month you can look forward to St. Patrick’s Day parties and parades, Easter egg hunts, wine & beer festivals, and so much more!
