Can I give it 10 stars? Amazing doesn’t cover it. The views, the location, felt like home away from home. There were so many hummingbirds flying in and out of the wild flowers, we could’ve watched them all day. The hike down to the river is a bit steep but worth every step. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

This cabin was amazing from your very first footstep inside the beautiful front door! All the windows and surrounding nature are breathtaking. All the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. It sets right next to a little river and sounded amazing in the mornings drinking coffee. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!!

The house was the perfect size for our group of 8. It had a very rustic feel which made our stay very relaxing. The staff made sure to have well written instructions for the Tv's , spa and fireplaces.

It was the perfect getaway for our family. There was something for everyone to enjoy including fishing, hot tub, playing pool or just watching the fire. I would highly recommend this location!

The location of the cabin is very central to a lot of activities in the area. We loved the hot tub, we used this every night. The home has lots of character & was very clean! Which is important. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace in the evenings as well. The creek/river was a nice bonus. Overall everything about the cabin was excellent.

10/18 - The cabin is absolutely beautiful!! I loved the big porch, outdoor fireplace and hot tub. Also the master bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends. Booking was easy and staff responded very quickly!

01/17- The construction and uniqueness of the cabin were wonderful. Beautiful home. The master bedroom on the terrace level was a great plus, allowing privacy. The outdoor fireplace was beautiful and probably the best feature. I have used Escape to Blue Ridge many times, I have always found them to be responsive and a delight to work with.

07/15- We arrived after 4:00, and the cleaners were still there. They were nice, and finished cleaning the bottom floor so we could come on in and rest. Still it would have been nice to have the cabin ready when we arrived. I love Escape to Blue Ridge and ALWAYS try to rent from you. You are excellent to work with. We enjoyed our stay and the porch was awesome. I am just trying to offer constructive criticism.

12/16- The size and furnishings were perfect for our holiday family gathering. The decorations were unexpected and beautiful. The close proximity to Blue Ridge was also a benefit. Outstanding!! You all are always there if we need anything, and since we are repeat clients, we feel we know you personally. We will be back.

Rock n River is a nice cabin. There were ants in the master bed so we moved to another bedroom on the main floor. Light bulbs need to be replaced as there were several that were out, cobwebs need to be knocked down throughout the main floor. We had a good time and enjoyed the sounds of the creek.

06/16- The home was spacious and had all the amenities one would need. It was also close to downtown Blue Ridge, Walmart, gas stations, and fast food. Many scenic locations (waterfalls) and adventures (whitewater rafting and zip lining) were only a short drive away. Dealing with the staff was seamless both online and by phone. They were friendly and responsive.

06/15- The cabin itself is very pretty. The bedrooms are large and spacious as well as the bathrooms. We really enjoyed the wrap around porches and rocking chairs.

10/14- The beautiful architecture and structure, the rock showers were beautiful and our favorite features.The process was simple, I was told I would receive directions to the cabin 2 weeks before my arrival date, but did not get them until one week prior. It would be great to have the TV in the family room on a moveable mount, so that it can be seen from the kitchen or dining area.

07/16- The creek/river behind the cabin was amazing. The trail leading to the creel/river could use a bit more rocks to stabilize the trail. The 4 bedrooms are large and roomy, bathrooms are great, large living room and the downstairs play area is neat. Excellent company to work with, the on call person calls us back when the power was out in the cabin. The ease of the website and to book the cabin. One suggestion, update pictures and a bit more information on the drive up to the cabin would be nice. Those rocky roads look scary to those first timers going up to the cabin. The road up to rock n river is scary if you don't have a V8 truck or SUV

Beautiful cabin. Treacherously terrifying drive to get there. July Ave is gravel and has large holes and dangerous curves that go seriously uphill and downhill. I did not have a four wheel drive car and I had an anxiety attack every time I left or returned to the cabin.

06/18 - We loved the location above the creek and always hearing the sound of the water below. The 2 porches were where we spent most of our time. We also loved the quaint charm this cabin had. It wasn't too big, but cozy and built really well. The company is very detail-oriented with attention to the guest and their needs. Communication was great and very clear. Payment was easy. The cabin was amazing! We loved it and had a wonderful time!
