BLUESTONE commands an unparalleled 180-degree view of the National Forest, uniquely positioned on the border of Chattahoochee National Forest on two sides. The entrance is adorned with Visual Comfort's 50-inch Steel Chandeliers, adding a touch of elegance, with another gracing the porte cochere, evoking a luxury hotel-like arrival experience. Upon entering BLUESTONE, the foyer sets the tone with an Arteriors beaded fixture, guiding your gaze to the modern glass front door that frames the national forest. Transitioning into the living room with a cascading crystal tree branch chandelier hung from vaulted beams in the center of the room. Complemented by rustic studded swivel chairs, elegant side tables, and an oversized leather couch sectional inviting relaxation. The gas stone fireplace centered in the room features a wood chevron design framing the 85” TV and continues to the top level of the home. Moving seamlessly to the kitchen, the culinary sanctuary harmonizes rustic charm and modern functionality, featuring rich wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and a custom stone hood above the gas stove. The wood-paneled Thermador fridge and freezer seamlessly integrate into the cabinetry. The live-edge island with seating for four, illuminated by Hudson Valley Ivy hanging pendants, serves as a natural art piece for both dining and meal preparation. Connected to the dining room, a Pottery Barn antler chandelier adorns the space. The dining table, crafted from wood beams, with leather seating and bench, accommodates up to nine guests and smoothly transitions to the outdoors through sliding glass doors, extending the living space to the serene lake and mountains. BLUESTONE offers a variety of sleeping options across its four levels. The main floor features a luxurious King bed in the Master bedroom with an attached bathroom. On the top floor, there's a comfortable King bed in the “VIP” bedroom with an attached bathroom, along with a Queen Pull-Out sofa in the loft area. The lower level provides a Queen bed in one bedroom, two Full beds in another with an attached bathroom, and a Queen Pull-Out sofa in the living room. Finally, on the flex level, you'll find an attached bathroom, one Full bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
