Blue Ridge Community Theater (BRCT) is a community theater group located in downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia that has produced over 50 Main Stage Theater productions. This is hands-on fun! In our 4-hour class, students will learn to create a beautiful knife out of a railroad spike. Learn how to control & heat metal in the forge then how to properly hold the metal while forging it with a hammer. Finally some grinding, beveling and heat treating. A bigger challenge awaits! For folks wanting to try something more challenging, we offer 2-, 3- and 4-day classes tailored to your desires and skill level.

Multitudes Gallery in Blue Ridge, Georgia, features the art of hand blown glass. We represent over 75 nationally and internationally known glass artists from all over the United States. In addition, we feature the work of regional artists in jewelry, ceramic pottery, iron work, photography, wood working and oil/acrylic/watercolor painting. Come discover the vibrant art being created in and around our authentic North Georgia mountain town, Blue Ridge.

Come spend a day of fun at Pic N Vine, the Ultimate Souvenir Shop! Where you can take a picture while standing in two states (Copperhill, TN/McCaysville, GA) at once! The state dividing line actually runs through the shop! You can dress up and step back in time with a vintage black & white 4 x 6 Picture (only $5 per 4 x 6 print, and photos are emailed on the spot). Sit down and learn to weave your very own kudzu VINE basket in about 30 minutes. Also Pic N Vine offers individual and group basketweaving instruction, $5 per person for 1-5 people and $10 for 5 or more people. Instruction available during normal business hours - no appointment needed, unless a specific time and or large group. For an additional fee of $20 per hour we can come to you. So make your plans to get your ultimate souvenir, you in your own postcard or a handmade basket that you've made while being in two states at once!!

Steven Martin is a professional artist in Blue Ridge for 20 years; oil on canvas; exploring concepts of our sacred earth and bio-mythology. Studio visits are available by appointment. His next show opening will be at the Blue Ridge Arts Center on April 7, 2019.
